The course is self-paced, so you can complete it on your own schedule. On average, students finish in about 8–12 weeks, depending on the time they can dedicate and their previous holistic health knowledge.

Yes, in addition to theoretical learning on your own, the course requires hands on practice. You’ll be guided and evaluated on practical techniques while on zoom with your mentor. The final exam consists of 2 full sessions with your volunteers while your mentor carefully evaluates your knowledge and skills in a real life situation.

Your progress will be evaluated through a combination of quizzes, assignments, projects, zoom sessions, and a final exam where you’ll demonstrate your ability to view blood samples and provide wellness coaching based on your findings. A minimum of 50 course hours and a passing score are required for certification.
